Very good service on my Subaru Outback. The brakes were completed on my Subaru in the same day.

I've used this shop for years and have been pleased with the value (quality work at a competitive price). My recent experiences have been that they mark the prices up on parts very significantly. They quoted me a repair at $2500 that I had done at the dealership for $1700. I can live with a little mark up but $800 is ridiculous. They over charged me on a previous repair on the same car. I'm done.

What a great team! Had a big job and they got it done within the stated time and the repairs were rock solid. Love their communication and detailed email reports with pictures on the needed repairs. Everything was up front and there were no surprise. When I got there and tried to start the car, it would not start. They quickly checked it and had no explanation as to why other than the batter was dead. I couldn’t believe it when they went and replaced the battery at no cost to me. Amazing service, amazing customer service, amazing team! They have my business for life. Thank you everyone for an amazing experience. Rob W.

Price is OK, service was great, time promised was met.

They were very thorough with their testing for $150 and let me know what was needed for repairs. I was disappointed that the $150 testing charge I paid would not go towards the repairs I needed to have done and they wouldn’t budge on $420 so I went elsewhere to have the work done

I just want to say they are very honest and dependable I have been going here for years. They have new owners now and they seem to be just as honest and dependable. If you have a car that needs any kind of work on it I definitely would take it to Folsom automotive service.
