Very honest and excellent service

I own a local business, River City Snowie Shaved Ice food truck. It's built on a Chevy Express G2500 van. If Snowie isn't up and running my business doesn't make money and the residents of Folsom and the surrounding area don't have some of the best Shaved ice around. My vehicle's fuel pump went out and I had to find a shop that could handle the extra height of the Snowie Fun Bus. I located Folsom Automotive online read several reviews (right here) and saw they had the type of shop with extra high service doors and lifts. I had Snowie towed to Folsom Automotive after speaking to Wes. Wes assured me he could get the job done. The service professionals at Folsom Automotive performed a full diagnostic and found the fuel pump had failed. Additionally, they discovered a small hole in the fuel tank. This extended the job out a few days and I was promised it would be done by Monday morning. This would cause my business to loss out on two or three jobs that weekend. Fortunately for me and my clients, Wes called and said Snowie was completed earlier than promised. It was only Friday evening. I was able to pick it up that evening, by using one of several lock boxes, where my keys were located. Prices for this rather large task were in line with other quotes, quality and workmanship were five stare. Folsom Automotive you have a new loyal customer. After having a hard time finding a Automotive shop to service my Land Rover Discovery I found Folsom Automotive Service. The first experience was awesome. I had a A/C fan that was malfunctioning and got it over to them as soon as they opened. They got my part in as quickly as they could repaired and got me back on the road very quickly. Of course I went back to have a oil change and they considered my situation and got me in and out with a quickness. Let’s just say they went over and beyond the customer service expected. Amazing service! Passing through the town during rain, and wiper suddenly broke on the highway. I came to the shop and they were on a lunch break. However they still fixed the wiper for me! Really appreciated.

I called around to find a shop that would work on my wife’s 2012 Fiat transmission. After six or so calls to other shops, Folsom said they would look at it. They diagnosed it right away, a broken CV axle, and repaired it quickly, at a reasonable price. As part of their service, they do a very comprehensive assessment of any problems the car may have. There was no pressure from them to approve anything on the list. I appreciate that. The guys working there were very friendly and pleasant.

Recently took my vehicle there for the first time for an oil change and check engine light diagnosis. They were very friendly, did a great job and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience.
