Folsom Automotive Service was a very pleasant surprise. My car is now out of warranty and I took it to this place for general inspection, oil change and break pads review, it's not a common brand (fiat) and still they were very knowledgeable. They are very efficient and provide an excellent online track of your vehicle inspection, findings and recommendations, they will txt, email and call before they perform any further repairs until you provide approval.You can literally see the inspection results online with pictures included. They are very professional and honest and the price is fair. I definitely recommend this place. They gain a customer.

I have an older car that has had the speedometer die four times over the last several years. This time I took it to Folsom Automotive Service. They diagnosed the problem and then sent the panel to a specialist who rebuilt the circuit board due to faults with updated parts. I received excellent service and my speedometer now works fine—with a 36-month warranty! Received polite, efficient service from all the staff. Additionally, my car came home clean and sanitized—like putting a bow on the baby! I’m a happy camper.

Great, friendly people that get the job done well

Good, honest shop! They take the time to explain things and help prioritize repairs for those on a budget. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. When a part was late and they could not complete my car the same day they covered a rental for the night because their loaner car was already out.
