My car would not start and I suspected it was my battery. My normal mechanic could not diagnose it until the next day and possible parts could be another day, but Frank Rice (Service Advisor) at Folsom Automotive Service said they could help me as soon as I could get the car to them. The tow truck was delayed and I arrived to their shop at 4:00 pm, so my expectations were low. They were able to run a quick diagnostic, which confirmed the battery and I drove out at 5:30 pm! The whole staff was helpful and nice and it was nice to find a yummy brewery (Red Bus Brewery) a short walk away. As a female, finding a reliable mechanic in a time of need is surely my mechanic for life!
