The people at this place are amazing! They are super transparent and had such attention to detail that they noticed a problem with my car that was completely separate from the reason I took it in. We just moved to the area and this will definitely be the only place we take our cars.

I came into auto tech to what I heard was bubbling noise from the radiator. Took my veichle in for an inspection got a full report emailed to me . Justin is awsome he went over what needed to be done and worked with me and went above his duty for to accommodate my needs. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Good companies deserve good recognition. Check them out 915 bidwell St. You wont be disappointed.

Love this place! I was skeptical to return after the previous owners sold the business but I couldn't be happier with them! They've completed a few services on my 2012 truck and both times I have been very pleased with the service and the cost. I will definitely be a life long customer.

Great service and great pricing! I was a customer before they sold to current owners and I am even happier now! I've serviced by 2012 truck there twice now: one for a complete fluid exchange and today for electrical issues. The fluid exchange came after my truck flashed red lights and told me to pull over and turn off the engine. Oh Oh! Well, come to find out, Jiffy Lube supposedly did an oil change on my truck but when Justin and his crew looked at my truck they said that there is no way they did. Couple that with all the other fluids that were bad (that's my fault for not paying attention to it sooner) and I was in deep doo-doo with my truck. The electrical work consisted of a bad switch which caused some issues with windows, cig light adapter and a few other things. Justin and crew fixed it same day and for a great price. What I like about these guys the most is the technology they use to keep clients updated. They send you an e-mail that outlines everything they've worked on WITH PICTURES! It really put my mind at ease since many of us have been to places where you feel like you are getting ripped off. I definitely don't feel that way and am very happy with their work. Hats off to you guys and you've got a customer for life here!

I had brought my car in to be looked over and was surprised by how fast I got it back. They squeezed me right in. They even broke it down so I knew which things had to be fixed first since I was working with a tight budget.

Cannot say enough great things about Folsom Automotive Service! Justin and his team were polite, listened to what issues I was having with my Honda Fit (needed a high-mileage oil change and my brakes were “spongy”), and the service rendered was impeccable. They didn’t try to up sell me on anything, but instead talked me through why spongy brakes happen and the importance of getting your brake fluids flushed, which I ended up deciding to do. (Side note: WOW - makes all the difference and now my brakes are sensitive to the touch, which is how they should be!) They even tightened up my e-brake because it was so loose! Service was to the highest caliber. I will definitely be going back and have already referred my friends to them. So awesome to support local!

Of course during this shelter in place craziness they weren’t that busy. I am one of the essential employees so I figured I would patronize a small business and get my car tuned up while at work. They were great and diagnosed and solved problems I have been noticing that one of the other big name auto repair places missed. I appreciate their honesty and great communication on status of repairs and transparent pricing. I will be a customer for life!
